2. 油墨特性：
耐曬級別高，防紫外線效果好，高遮蓋力，固化後對極性底材具有優異的附著力，墨層均勻，顏料分散性好，不幹網，過網性、流平性良好，塗膜具有較高的硬度、光澤及良好的耐水性、耐候性、耐化學藥品性。

粘度：5000-15000CPS（因溫度、顏色而異）
細度：5um↓
附著力：5B優
自幹：25℃時，24小時固化；烘幹：60℃時，30分鐘固化
過網性能：300~400目網紗 塗覆面積：40-60㎡/㎏

4. 油墨使用方法
受到汙染的素材應在表面用去漬油清洗或擦拭，以利於印刷效果優異。
印刷錯誤時，應待其未完全幹燥前用抹字水去除，重新再印。
印刷過程中遇到網版堵塞之狀況，應先用洗版水清洗之後再印刷。
附著力、硬度、耐酸性、耐油性、耐去漬油性、抗劃傷性、耐磨性等性能的檢測，需要

4 ink usage
Contaminated material should be used to clean or wipe off the surface of the oil, in order to benefit from the printing effect.
